Location: Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala - Onsite, Full-time

Salary: Rs 15,000 - 25,000 per month

What you'll do

- Onboard new customers and set up their channels, workflows, templates and AI agents

- Be the go-to contact for a portfolio of accounts, answering questions over chat, email and calls

- Run product demos and training sessions so customers get value quickly

- Monitor account health, flag churn risks early and spot upsell opportunities

- Relay customer feedback and bugs to the product team, and write help articles

- Track renewals, adoption and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

- 0-2 years in customer success,



account management or SaaS support (freshers with strong communication welcome)

- Clear, friendly communication in English and Malayalam

- Tech-comfortable: able to learn a SaaS product deeply and explain it simply

- Organized, proactive, and takes ownership of customer outcomes

- Bonus: experience with WhatsApp Business API, CRMs or chatbot tools
