Location- Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls, queries, and solar service requests professionally.
- Coordinate with service engineers to resolve customer complaints and technical issues.
- Follow up on rooftop solar plant performance, inverter issues, and service requests.
- Schedule service visits and ensure timely communication with customers.
- Maintain customer records, call logs, service updates, and follow-up details in CRM.
- Collect customer feedback, reviews, and referrals after service completion.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and warranty-related service requests.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of complaints.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned technical or service department.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer calls, service requests, pending issues, and closures.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma or B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
- 1–3 years of experience in solar service, electrical service, customer support, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of rooftop solar systems and inverter operations.




- Experience handling customer complaints and coordinating technical support is preferred.

Required Skills

- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of rooftop solar PV systems and inverters.
- Ability to coordinate with field service engineers and internal teams.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, and basic computer operations.
- Ability to manage customer follow-ups and service records.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Must have a smartphone for work-related communication and reporting.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
