Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced R&D; Team Leader – Electronics to lead the design, development, and validation of advanced electronic hardware, embedded systems, firmware, and FPGA-based solutions for industrial coding and marking products. The ideal candidate will drive product innovation, lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, and collaborate across departments to develop reliable, scalable, and cost-effective products from concept to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the Electronics R&D; team, ensuring timely delivery of new product development projects.
- Design, develop, and validate electronic hardware, embedded systems, FPGA-based designs, and firmware for industrial products.
- Develop electronic circuits, multilayer PCBs, power electronics, and high-speed digital designs while ensuring product reliability.
- Lead firmware development using Embedded C/C++, RTOS, and microcontrollers such as ARM Cortex, STM32, AVR, ESP32, and similar platforms.
- Design and implement FPGA/VLSI solutions using Verilog/VHDL for high-performance industrial applications.
- Collaborate with Mechanical, Software, Production, Quality,



and Service teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Perform hardware debugging, root cause analysis, EMC/EMI testing, design verification, validation, and reliability testing.
- Review circuit schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, firmware architecture, and technical documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
- Drive product innovation, cost optimization, technology evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Plan project timelines, allocate resources, manage technical documentation, and support product transfer from R&D; to manufacturing.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, VLSI, or a related discipline.

· 5–8 years of experience in Electronics Product Development or R&D.;

· Minimum 2 years of experience leading an Electronics R&D; team.

· Experience in industrial electronics, embedded systems, FPGA, VLSI, or automation products is preferred.
