We are looking for a Senior Revenue & Reservations Manager to manage revenue, pricing, OTA distribution, inventory, and reservations across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop dynamic pricing and revenue strategies.
- Monitor Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue performance.
- Manage OTAs, inventory, rate plans, and distribution channels.
- Analyse booking trends, demand, seasonality, and competitor pricing.
- Prepare revenue forecasts and performance reports.
- Work closely with reservations and operations teams to improve occupancy and revenue.
- Manage PMS and Channel Manager systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and build efficient revenue processes.

Requirements





- 4–8 years of experience in Revenue Management / Revenue & Reservations / Commercial Management.
- Solid experience in dynamic pricing and revenue optimisation.
- Multi-property experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OTAs, PMS, Channel Managers, ADR, RevPAR, and forecasting.
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
- Easy Absolute PMS experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to independently make pricing decisions.

Preferred background: Hotels, Resorts, Hostels, Serviced Apartments, Hospitality Startups or Hospitality Tech.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
