Job Summary

Preethi Textiles is looking for a smart, talented, and result-oriented Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function and manage people-related operations effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good decision-making ability, and hands-on experience in managing a workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall HR function and day-to-day HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and practices.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Drive performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage and mentor the HR team and coordinate effectively with department heads.
- Identify workforce requirements and support management in manpower planning.
- Maintain employee records and HR reports.
- Support management in building a positive and productive work culture.

Requirements





- 6–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a retail, textile, fashion, manufacturing, or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee management.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle employees at different levels professionally.
- Robust organizational and people-management skills.
- Should be smart, proactive, responsible, and capable of taking ownership.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is mature, people-oriented, commercially aware, and confident in handling HR responsibilities independently, while working closely with management to achieve business and people goals.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
