Job Summary

Best Money Gold Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Branch In-Charge to manage daily branch operations, supervise staff, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have mandatory experience in an NBFC or an old-gold-buying company, along with knowledge of gold valuation, documentation, and branch management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day branch operations and supervise branch staff.

Handle used-gold buying transactions and pledged-gold release activities.

Ensure accurate gold valuation and maintain proper transaction records.

Verify customer documents and ensure accurate documentation.

Achieve branch sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Build and maintain robust customer relationships.





Monitor staff performance and ensure operational efficiency.

Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable compliance requirements.

Prepare branch reports and maintain accurate records.

Eligibility Criteria

1–2 years of experience in an NBFC or old-gold-buying company is mandatory.

Knowledge of gold-buying operations, branch administration, sales, and documentation.

Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Good communication and customer-handling abilities.

Ability to achieve business targets and manage daily operations responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
