About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and digitally savvy Social Media & Content Creator who can bring fresh ideas to life through engaging videos, reels, visuals, and social media campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, storytelling, video production, emerging social media trends, and AI-powered creative tools.

We are looking for someone who can think creatively, shoot professionally, edit engaging content, and manage social media platforms independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Reel Production

- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
- Create product videos, promotional content, educational videos, trending reels, and brand storytelling content.
- Handle video transitions, effects, music, subtitles, voiceovers, and motion graphics.
- Develop creative hooks and engaging storytelling formats to improve audience retention.

2. Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Plan and execute weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, audience interactions, and engagement.

3. Product Photography & Videography

- Shoot high-quality product photographs and videos for digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
- Create premium product showcases, lifestyle content, demonstrations, and promotional videos.
- Understand lighting, composition, camera angles, and visual presentation.

4. Creative Strategy & Brand Development

- Generate innovative content ideas aligned with brand positioning and marketing objectives.
- Research competitors, viral content formats, trending topics,



and successful brand campaigns.
- Work with marketing and design teams to maintain consistent brand communication.
- Contribute creative concepts for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.

5. AI-Powered Content Creation

- Use ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI tools for brainstorming, content research, scripting, captions, storytelling, and campaign ideation.
- Explore AI-based video generation, image creation, voiceovers, animation, and creative editing tools.
- Use AI to improve content quality, productivity, and creative execution.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and digital content trends.

6. Influencer & UGC Coordination

- Identify relevant influencers, creators, and potential brand collaborators.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, collaborations, and user-generated content (UGC).
- Assist in managing content deliverables and campaign execution.

7. Graphic Design & Editing

- Create basic social media graphics, thumbnails, stories, and promotional creatives.
- Work with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and other editing platforms.
- Maintain a consistent and premium visual identity across digital channels.

8. Performance Monitoring

- Monitor content reach, engagement, views, audience growth, and video retention.
- Analyze which content formats perform best and suggest improvements.
- Prepare basic social media performance reports and identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills

- Strong creativity, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in shooting and editing short-form videos.




- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media algorithms.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent software.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and modern AI-powered creative tools.
- Basic graphic designing skills using Canva or Photoshop.
- Understanding of lighting, photography, video composition, and audio.
- Ability to independently execute projects from concept to final publication.
- Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Media Production, Design, or a related field.
- Relevant practical experience in content creation, social media management, or video production.
- Freshers with exceptional creative portfolios and strong practical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with consumer brands, D2C businesses, wellness, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands will be an advantage.
