We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Special Processes Sales & Business Development to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and strategic business development within the aerospace manufacturing industry. The role involves developing relationships with aerospace OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers, MROs, defence, and space customers, with a focus on NADCAP-accredited special process services. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for aerospace special process services. Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with aerospace OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, MROs, defence, and space customers. Promote special process capabilities, including heat treatment, chemical processing, surface finishing, NDT, coatings, and welding. Manage RFQs, costing, pricing, commercial proposals, contract negotiations, and customer onboarding. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline while achieving revenue and profitability targets. Manage strategic accounts, improve customer retention, and expand existing business.



Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities. Support customer audits, technical reviews, recent product introduction (NPI), and qualification programmes. Monitor market trends, competitor capabilities, and opportunities for business expansion. Ensure alignment with AS9100, NADCAP, aerospace specifications, and customer quality requirements. Lead and mentor sales and business development teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Metallurgical, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. MBA preferred. 10–15+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing sales, special process sales, or business development.
