Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's solutions, identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients through field visits, generating leads, and building strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular field visits across Ahmedabad to meet potential clients and business owners.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable digital solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through direct visits, networking, referrals, and local market research.
- Build relationships with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
- Arrange client meetings, requirement discussions, and demonstrations with the relevant internal team.
- Follow up with prospects through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and personal visits.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements and support proposal preparation.
- Negotiate within approved pricing and commercial guidelines and help close sales opportunities.
- Maintain daily field visit records, lead details, follow-up schedules, and sales reports.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
- Identify referral opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.





Qualification and Skills:

Eligibility Criteria: Only male candidates are eligible to apply for this position.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experience in field sales, B2B sales, business development, or IT services sales will be an advantage.

- Basic understanding or willingness to learn about software and IT services.
- Positive speaking and convincing skills to explain services to clients.
- Interest in sales, lead generation, and converting potential customers into clients.
- Comfortable travelling locally and meeting clients in person.
- Self-motivated, confident, and willing to learn.
- Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred. Freshers can apply.
