IT Support Intern (DevOps / AWS)

Help run RevPilot’s AWS cloud setup, including servers, database, deployments, and monitoring.

What you will do

- Set up and manage AWS services such as EC2 or ECS, RDS (PostgreSQL), S3, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch.
- Containerize the backend and frontend with Docker.
- Build and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for test, staging, and production deployments.
- Configure monitoring, logs, and alerts for sync failures and downtime.
- Manage database backups, restores, and workplace secrets.
- Apply security basics, including least-privilege IAM, MFA, encryption, and audit logs.
- Track AWS costs and manage team access to AWS, GitHub, and other tools.

Must have

- Linux command-line skills and hands-on AWS experience with EC2, S3, IAM, and RDS.
- Docker basics, Git, and Bash scripting.
- Networking fundamentals, including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL certificates, ports, and security groups.

Good to have

- AWS Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect Associate certification.
- Terraform or CloudFormation, CI/CD experience, Nginx, load balancers, Route 53, or PostgreSQL administration.
