Job Description

Job Summary :

- Responsible for managing end-to-end Accounts Payable processes,
- ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- The role requires strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement.
- Key ResponsibilitiesProcess vendor invoices accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
- Perform invoice validation, coding, and posting in ERP systems.
- Manage vendor master data creation and maintenance.Prepare and execute payment runs including wire transfers, ACH, checks, and direct debits.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related queries.Reconcile vendor statements and AP aging reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Tax, Treasury, and General Ledger teams for issue resolution.Support month-end and year-end close activities.




- Monitor AP inboxes and respond to vendor and business stakeholder queries.Track KPIs, SLAs, and maintain process documentation.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations.Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or Dynamics.Valuable understanding of invoice processing, payment cycles, and vendor management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred SkillsExperience working in a shared services/BPO environment.Knowledge of VAT/GST and withholding tax requirements.Familiarity with Concur, Ariba, Coupa, or other AP tools.Experience in process transitions, SOP preparation, and audit support.
