Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management – Conduct meetings with dealership owners, directors, and decision-makers.
2. Product Demonstration – Oversee and conduct demonstrations of AutoVyn ERP, Payroll & HRMS, and other software modules.
3. Project Implementation & Rollout – Ensure smooth implementation, deployment, and go-live of software projects.
4. Software Support Management – Lead the support team, monitor ticket resolution, and ensure timely client assistance.
5. Client–Development Coordination – Communicate client requirements, coordinate enhancements, and track development progress.
6. Team & Task Management – Allocate responsibilities, monitor employee performance, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
7. Client Satisfaction – Handle escalations, maintain client relationships, and improve service quality.
8. Management Reporting – Report operational performance, project status, pending issues, and client feedback to senior management.
