We are looking for a Lead – Information Systems who can combine strong Salesforce/CRM expertise, advanced Excel skills, MIS reporting and business analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce

• Minimum 3 years of practical Salesforce experience preferred

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:

Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data analysis, Automation

• Strong experience in MIS reporting, data validation, analysis and presentation of insights

• Proven experience creating and maintaining dashboards, KPI reports and management reports

• Valuable technical aptitude with the ability to understand business processes and convert them into effective reporting solutions

• Basic to intermediate understanding of finance and business metrics, including revenue, costs, budgeting and financial reporting concepts

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and convert data into actionable business insights





Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze data from Salesforce/CRM and other business systems

• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards and KPI trackers

• Ensure data accuracy, validation and consistency across reports

• Analyze business data and identify trends, gaps and opportunities

• Translate business requirements into meaningful reports and dashboards

• Work closely with business and functional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements

• Support management with timely and accurate business insights and performance reports

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through Excel, Power Query and automation

• Support CRM-related reporting and process improvements

Ideal Candidate

Someone who is comfortable working at the intersection of CRM + MIS + Excel + Business Analytics, and can go beyond preparing reports to explain what the data means and what action the business should take.
