General Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting Procurement Department activities, such as requisitions, purchase orders, invoice coordination, procurement tracking, and operational workflow support.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain current support activities for Data Acquisition, including but not limited to creating and tracking requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing.





• Work to modernize and automate procurement functions, per management guidance.

• Assist Procurement Manager with company-wide procurement activities, including but not limited to:

• Centralize intake for PO requests across teams to ensure consistency and completeness before submission.

• Track PO status, approvals, and invoice alignment using Smartsheet or similar approved business tools.

• Monitor outstanding POs and follow-ups to help prevent delays or service interruptions.

• Support invoice validation to confirm alignment between PO, invoice, and deliverables prior to payment.

• Assist with maintaining procurement dashboards, tracking logs, and status reports.

• Assist with vendor follow-up communications regarding purchase orders, documentation requests, and invoice status.

• Support Procurement Manager during absences by assisting with Salesforce submissions, document uploads, tracking activities, and other
