We are looking for an Accountant to:
• support accounting and controlling activities for the Real Estate Center of Excellence (COE)
• perform cost controlling, financial analysis, and reporting activities to support business performance and decision-making
• conduct analytical reviews to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities
• ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while maintaining compliance with internal policies and control standards
• collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide meaningful financial insights
• manage stakeholder relationships independently and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and reporting quality
The team
You'll be working in the GCC Real Estate COE team in Pune as part of the Group Cost Controlling function. The team is responsible for delivering high-quality accounting, reporting, and cost-controlling support for Real Estate activities across the organization. We work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights, strengthen controls, and support effective decision-making.

Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, or finance operations.
Positive understanding of accounting concepts, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
Ability to review financial data, identify variances, and support reporting requirements.
