The practitioner actively drives data stewardship initiatives,
fostering a culture of responsibility and accountability around data management across the organization. Through continuous engagement and coordination, the role supports the development of a robust data governance framework that aligns with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate data governance risks and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
- Facilitate training and awareness programs to promote best practices in data governance among team members and stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their professional growth within the data governance framework.
