Scrum Master / Project Manager

• Experience of working in CMMI Level-5 company as Scrum Master or Project Manager

• Good working knowledge of working in Waterfall model.

• Develop and manage customer initiated IT requests from beginning to end, including project scope, timeline, hardware procurement, resource allocation, and project execution coordinating remote work closely with teams.

• Provide end to end project management and direction to ensure the requesting customer has a clear understanding of timelines, risks, escalation path and roles/responsibilities they will undertake within the team.

• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices

• Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction





• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization

• Experience with successful Agile techniques

• Valuable Data analytical skills

• Good understanding of engineering metrics like Review Efficiency Defect Density, Defect Leakage, Velocity, Sprint Completion Ratio and other project level metrics etc.

• Provide frequent follow up and governance for all requests in queue and facilitate formal reviews with support partners and monitor deliverables until agreed upon handover is achieved

• Ability to work with and lead a team

• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
