Job Description
Core Responsibilities
• Project Administration & Timeline Management
• Manage end-to-end project administration across assigned engagements, including project setup, documentation, and status tracking.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones; identify and flag risks or gaps before they become delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate project schedules and ensure stakeholders are informed of status changes and upcoming activities.
• Advisory Session Staffing & Resource Coordination
• Manage Advisory Session logistics, including scheduling, attendee coordination, and preparation support.
• Partner with Resource Managers to track open staffing needs, raise resource requests,
