SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition & Strategy Manager will lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and delivery for hiring in India,



while providing strategic oversight of the India-based recruiting team that supports hiring across North America, Europe, and other international markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT recruitment, stakeholder management, and building high-performing recruitment teams. This individual will drive hiring strategy for India and manage the capacity, resources, priorities, and performance of the India-based recruiting team supporting international hiring needs.

PRIMARY DUTIES: Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager shall be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and delivery for hiring across India, ensuring alignment with business growth and workforce requirements.
