Technical Excellence

• AI Tax Labs – CA (Pune/ Ahmedabad) Role Summary We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of experience in Direct Tax to support and lead Agentic AI and Tax Transformation programs in EY. The individual will work closely with client’s tax, business, technology and data teams to drive requirements gathering, solution validation, testing, deployment of solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day tax functional lead for the program.

• Coordinate with client’s business, tax and finance and tech stakeholders.

• Gather and document business and tax requirements for AI-led tax solutions.

• Review processes, coordinate with tech team and review outputs.

• Lead the agent development lifecycle from a functional perspective.

• Validate outputs generated by AI agents and identify improvement opportunities.

• Track project milestone
