Responsibilities
We are recruiting for the position of Assistant Manager in the Creative Services team. The selected candidate will support the MADE team, which is recognised as a leading provider of creative output for the UK firm. As a project lead, you will play a critical role in managing and optimising the end‑to‑end delivery process for client requests
You will collaborate closely with both clients and designers to ensure smooth project flow, timely delivery, and high‑quality outcomes.
This position requires strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the creative direction of the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions and maintaining effective client relationships.

•Set the creative direction and vision for design projects.
•Inspire and motivate the design team to produce creative and high-quality work.
•Monitor Workflow tool for new client requests and ensure prompt acknowledgement and intake.
