Job Description

Key Activities:
• Training and Coaching people in Kaizen concepts
• Conduct data analysis to assess current processes and measure performance metrics.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects.
• Identify and prioritize improvement projects based on business goals.
• Collaborate and coordinate with various departments/ functions for implementation of lean concepts and excellence initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.




• Ensure SE targets are achieved Y-O-Y .
• Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects cross the site.
• KPI’s are monitored month on month and initiate actions to improve the plant performance through SE projects.
• Participating in Tier Meetings and work with department managers to make it more effective.

Qualifications

• BE/B Tech in Mechanical or Industrial Production
• Minimum 10 years in machine Shop experience with significant proven experience in change Management through Continuous improvement.
• Understanding of SAP
• Must possess excellent inter-personal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Competent in problem solving, team building, coaching and decision making.
