Role Overview

Metalegal Advocates is looking for a driven Client
Strategy & Business Development professional to strengthen the Firm’s
market presence and drive business growth across key markets.

The role will focus on business development, client
acquisition, relationship management, referral networks and market expansion,
with significant ownership for developing new opportunities and converting them
into long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive
business development and client acquisition across the assigned market.

• Identify
and develop current business opportunities, referral channels and strategic
relationships.

• Build
and maintain relationships with clients, corporates, professional
networks, intermediaries and key market stakeholders.

• Act
as a bridge between clients and the Firm, ensuring effective
communication, coordination and follow-through.

• Generate,
qualify and convert leads through meetings, presentations, networking and
structured follow-ups.

• Develop
market intelligence and identify industry, sector and practice-area




opportunities for the Firm.

• Collaborate
with Partners and internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding,
coordination and service delivery.

• Represent
Metalegal Advocates at industry forums, professional events and client
engagements.

• Work
closely with Partners and practice teams to convert business opportunities
and strengthen client relationships.

• Maintain
a structured BD pipeline, lead tracker and periodic business development
reporting.

• Contribute
to strengthening Firm’s market positioning and client experience.

Requirements
What We Are Looking For

• 4+
years of experience in business development, client acquisition,
relationship management or sales, preferably with a professional services,
consulting, legal or B2B business development background.

• Strong
understanding of the market and established professional networks will be
preferred.
