you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our sales compensation processes. Here's what we're looking for:

Must-Haves:

• Robust understanding of sales compensation processes and their business implications.

• Proficiency in writing complex queries to analyze and test data from multiple sources.

• Ability to define comprehensive testing strategies for sales compensation scenarios and test data.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as IT, Finance, Sales Operations, Payroll, and Compensation Systems.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in software testing.

• Knowledge of variable incentives compensation applications like Varicent, Oracle Incentive Compensation, Xactly, or Callidus.

• Understanding of software development and implementation lifecycles.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance specifically focused
