We are seeking an experienced GTM Engineer to build intelligent, data-driven go-to-market solutions that help commercial teams identify opportunities, prioritise accounts, and accelerate revenue growth. This role combines GTM strategy, revenue operations, commercial analytics, workflow automation, and AI-powered intelligence to turn customer data and market signals into measurable business outcomes. You will develop account-scoring models, identify growth opportunities, and design automated workflows that improve pipeline generation, customer expansion, retention, and sales productivity. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and data teams, you will translate commercial challenges into practical technical solutions. The role offers the opportunity to experiment with emerging AI capabilities, optimise revenue processes, and build scalable systems that support smarter, more effective go-to-market execution.

Accountabilities

Develop account and opportunity prioritisation models using customer fit, buying intent, engagement, relationship strength, and commercial data.

Identify opportunities for current customer acquisition, cross-selling, upselling, renewals, retention, and whitespace expansion.

Build and refine ideal customer profile (ICP), propensity, opportunity-sizing, and relationship-intelligence models.

Translate market developments, customer behaviour, and buying signals into actionable commercial insights.

Evaluate and improve scoring models using actual sales outcomes and revenue performance.

Design and launch repeatable GTM strategies, plays, and automated workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
