Where You’ll Make a Difference
• Partner with vendors and the global procurement team to obtain, review, and maintain up-to-date regulatory documentation.
• Perform regulatory compliance reviews of raw materials used in flavor industry.
• Determine approval status of raw materials based on review of vendor documentation, current company practices and knowledge of the regulations.
• Collaborate with R&D;, Creative, Quality Assurance,
Production and cross-functional teams to address and resolve regulatory issues/tasks.
• Maintain and update regulatory databases to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Monitor, interpret, and review global regulatory requirements.
• Support regulatory initiatives and projects as needed.
What Makes You the Right Fit
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance preferably within the flavors, food or chemical industry.
• Positive Knowledge in legal and safety aspects of flavors.
• Ability to work with defined timelines, priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
• Perform responsibilities with a positive attitude and an ability to work autonomously.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
• Multi-tasker who can manage different priorities while maintaining a high level of service.
