As a Junior Permit Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end processing of permit requests for moving and construction-related activities across major cities in the United States and Canada. You will play an essential role in ensuring that permits are submitted accurately, approved within required timelines, and delivered with complete documentation. Working remotely with a collaborative team, you will research locations, navigate municipal application systems, and coordinate with local vendors to arrange parking restriction signage. You will also help maintain accurate payment records, verify billing information, and resolve potential issues before they affect service delivery. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented skilled who enjoys managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with U.S.-based teams and gain valuable experience in administrative coordination,



customer service, and municipal permit processes.

Accountabilities

• Receive, review, and process approved permit requests submitted through MovingPermits.com, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded and synchronized with HubSpot.

• Research requested addresses using Google Maps and Street View to verify locations, identify potential obstacles, and confirm the accuracy of permit requests.

• Organize and prioritize incoming requests by city, submission date, and applicable lead times to ensure that deadlines are consistently met.

• Submit permit applications through city-specific government websites and online portals, following local requirements, procedures, and documentation standards.

• Monitor application progress and ensure that all required permit documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for delivery to customers.
