Key Responsibilities
• Lead onboarding for new clients by assisting in documentation, compliance (KYB & KYC) approval process, and account set-up

• Collaborate with multiple departments such as Product and Sales to ensure a smooth onboarding process

• Prepare and distribute invoices as well as monitor and track billing cycles to ensure timely billing





• Update the client records and ensure data integrity and accuracy

• Should be able to generate basic reports and analyse patterns and trends with the client data

• Proactively improve processes to provide faster delivery

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong ability to work on multiple issues and tasks in a fast-paced workplace and should prioritize work according to business processes

Skills & Qualifications
• 0-2 years of customer success/data entry experience, freshers are also welcome

• Proficiency in HubSpot, ZohoDesk and Microsoft Excel is a plus

• Love for reporting, numbers, and speaking to people

• Demonstrate a desire to proactively help and serve internal/external stakeholders to meet their needs

• Should possess high adaptability and be able to work under pressure

• Open to working hours in two different time zones (Singapore and India)
