State Street Global Talent Acquisition Team is currently looking for agile and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, who can play an essential role in identifying top talent to fuel innovation and company growth. In this position, you will leverage your recruiting experience to implement staffing strategies and provide qualified and diverse candidate pool's.
What you will be responsible for
As a Talent Acquisition, Associate 2 you will
• Consult with hiring managers and other key senior stakeholders to develop hiring plans & strategy aligned with the overall business objectives, focusing on attracting top talents
• Partner with stakeholders on a variety of aspects related to recruiting such as talent demand and availability, cost, industry standards, pipeline trends based on skills, sourcing methodology and other key points
