Role Purpose
We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Brand Designer who can translate marketing ideas into compelling visual communication across campaigns and customer touchpoints.
The role will work closely with the Marketing, Brand, Digital and Business teams to develop campaign identities, key visuals and creative assets that strengthen the brand, drive customer engagement and maintain a consistent visual language across channels.
This role is suited for someone who can move beyond execution and contribute to creative thinking, campaign conceptualisation and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Campaign Design
• Develop creative concepts and visual identities for integrated brand and marketing campaigns.
• Translate campaign briefs, consumer insights and marketing objectives into robust visual ideas.
• Create campaign key visuals and adapt them across multiple communication formats.




• Partner with Brand and Marketing teams from the initial briefing stage through final execution.
• Bring fresh creative perspectives while ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.

2. Creative Development & Execution
• Design high-quality creative assets across:• Digital and social media campaigns
• Performance marketing creatives
• In-store and retail communication
• Outdoor and print advertising
• CRM and digital communication
• Product launches and promotional campaigns
• Events and brand activations
• Internal brand communication, where required

• Develop layouts, typography, imagery and graphic elements that communicate the campaign idea effectively.
• Adapt master campaigns across different sizes, platforms and customer touchpoints without compromising the core creative idea.

3. Brand Identity & Consistency
• Ensure all communication follows established brand guidelines and visual identity standard
