Your responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and driven PMO COORDINATOR and Continuous Improvement Analyst (Manager) for our BILLING CENTRALIZATION PROGRAM tasked with centralizing and transforming the billing function across all business units.



The centralization program aims for enterprise-wide billing standardization and centralisation currently sitting withing the business. The role will play a key part in managing this transition and post stabilization.

During Coordinate program; execution across all waves ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with risk mitigation. Track milestones, manage dependencies, facilitate stage-gate reviews, and provide transparent reporting to executive stakeholders.

Program Planning & Tracking (35%)

• Manage external PMO support

• Maintain integrated program plan tracking all wave activities, milestones, and dependencies

• Monitor progress against baseline timeline (22 months, 3 waves)

• Update weekly status reports

• Coordinate cross-wave dependencies (e.g., Wave 2 hiring during Wave 1 stabilization)

• Manage program budget tracking actual spend vs. approved investment

Risk & Issue Management (25%)

• Maintain RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dep
