As a Credit/Infra Senior Associate you will focus on tax compliance work within our Tax Services practice, reviewing and analyzing financial data, preparing and filing tax returns, and supporting clients as they navigate tax laws and regulations. As a Senior Associate you will manage assigned workstreams, use critical thinking to break down complex issues, build meaningful client connections,



and guide junior team members while growing your technical skills and professional judgment. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Kolkata, you will contribute to client support activities in tax compliance, interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining skilled and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the calculation of State and Foreign (IRC 1446, IRC 1441) tax withholdings
• Assist in the review of non-resident state withholding waivers forms
• Review the following tax forms: 1065, 1120, 588, 1099, W-8, 8832, 8875, 8865, 8937, 8082, 966
• Perform Federal K-1 schedule and State K-1 schedule review for all Partners
• Prepare and review tax work papers that calculate partnership taxable income
• Gather and analyze financial information from underlying portfolio companies
• Track partnership/partner tax basis
• Assist with the preparation and review
