As a CCE, you will be the front-line representative for our company, interacting with customers and providing them with the necessary assistance and information. Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a friendly and qualified manner.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
• Document and update customer records accurately in our CRM system.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in customer service are preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
