Key Qualifications and experience :
Bachelor’s degree with core accounting and data analyst experiences
F&A; Domain experience of 5 to 7 years
Strong MIS and Data Analysis Skills
Knowledge of accounting databases, recordkeeping, taxes
Solid knowledge of GST regulations and invoicing processes
Proficiency in SAP and other financial management systems
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong communication and vendor management abilities
Understanding of procurement and contract management processes
Scope of work / key responsibilities:
1. Invoice Processing and Management; Data Analysis
2. GST Compliance
3. Financial Provisions & monthly provisions recon
4. Purchase and Contract Operations
5. Vendor Management
6. Financial Systems and Compliance
7. Reporting and Documentation
8. Asset Management e.g. Liaise with tax team for compliance
9. Exit Clearance(Finance)
10. Over all Contract governance and compliance
