Your Task:

• S/4HANA Quality project delivery

•

• Lead end-to-end delivery of S/4HANA Quality implementation and rollout projects, from requirements and fit-to-standard through build, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare.

• Own scope, budget, timeline and advantages realisation of the projects.

• Gather and consolidate business requirements with process owners, supporting harmonised global QHSE processes across sites.

• Coordinate testing and user acceptance, data migration and go-live readiness together with business and IT.

• Drive change management and adoption: key user network, training and communication.

• IT demand and ITO management

•

• Manage and align the Global QHSE IT-demand portfolio, prioritising requests together with business and IT.

• Raise and steer IT and change requests towards the ITO: requirements, effort estimates, planning, SLA follow-up and acceptance of deliverables.

• Governance, reporting and leadership

•

• Establish project policies, procedures, templates and best practices,



ensuring compliance with organisational Project Management standards.

• Manage resource allocation, risks and scheduling of the projects.

• Track key performance indicators and project milestones; monitor project performance.

• Ensure adequate and transparent reporting to stakeholders, senior management and executives.

• Maintain visibility across all projects to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Manage and drive cross-functional teams, ensuring transversal projects meet the requirements of the business.

Required Profile:

• At least 3 years as Project Manager with expertise in S/4HANA implementations or rollouts

• Experience managing an IT outsourcer or system integrator (requirements, change requests, SLAs, testing and acceptance).

• Experience within IT/automation transformation projects

• Knowledge of Quality Management tools, e.g. NCR process, problem solving, FMEA.

• Fluent spoken and written English.

• Experience with the S/4HAN
