What You Will Do:
We are seeking a Sitecore Developer to build, enhance, and support our enterprise digital experience platform, with a strong focus on SitecoreAI-enabled development. In this role, you will translate business, content, and design requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performing Sitecore solutions; develop reusable components, integrations, and AI-assisted capabilities; and help ensure reliable releases. You will work closely with the Sitecore Architect, developers, content teams, marketing stakeholders, analytics teams, and external partners to deliver maintainable experiences using Sitecore XM Cloud, SitecoreAI, React, Next.js, the Sitecore Content SDK, GraphQL, Experience Edge, Vercel, and up-to-date cloud delivery practices.

• Develop reusable, accessible headless components and intuitive authoring experiences that translate approved designs into maintainable application code.
• Build and integrate SitecoreAI capabilities that improve content creation,



content discovery, search relevance, personalization, and digital experience delivery while following approved governance and security standards.
• Configure content models, templates, validation rules, metadata, and publishing workflows in partnership with content owners, with explicit documentation for authors and support teams.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise platforms, including CRM, CDP, analytics, identity, consent management, search, marketing automation, and approved AI services.
• Collaborate with the Sitecore Architect and delivery partners on technical designs, implementation standards, AI development patterns, platform governance, and release planning.
