Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on project drawings and requirements.
Prepare and modify 2D AutoCAD drawings.
Read and interpret architectural, interior and technical drawings.
Prepare quantity take-offs and material calculations.
Prepare shop drawings, layouts and installation drawings.
Coordinate with Project, Design, Site and Vendor teams.
Maintain updated BOQs, drawings and project documentation.
Support project estimation and cost-related activities.
Requirements
Solid knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory
Experience in BOQ preparation & quantity estimation
Ability to read technical/architectural drawings
Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication & coordination skills
Candidates from Interior, Construction, Acoustic, Architecture or related industries will be preferred.
