- Airfare, Hotel, Car, and Amtrak booking with best prices.
- To review if the booking is in accordance with the company policy & if not, then suggest the best option.
- To get a proper reason or team lead approval in case traveler is not agree with the best option suggested.
- Report any policy violation or early departure or schedule mismatch or preferred vendor has not been selected.
- Act as First level approver (Non trainers) for the queues BA, PACT, PRM, PM, EIS, Development & Training and Final level approver for all queues (Non trainers)
- Communicate through emails and calls, in case of queries.
Experience/Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- IATA certification will be an added advantage
- 1 Year of International ticket booking is preferred.
Candidate profile:
- Comfortable working in US shift (night shift)
- Relevant experience into air ticketing
