Description

The Hedge Fund - Trade Support position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of trade execution and settlement processes within our hedge fund. The role requires collaboration with various teams to resolve trade discrepancies and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

- Provide support for trade execution, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
- Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, and back-office teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate trade records and documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
- Assist in the implementation of new trading systems and processes as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial software/tools.
- Understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trading operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
