We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA Specialist to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration, with a focus on optimizing business processes and enhancing system functionality.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA modules based on business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using SAP solutions.
- Support system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP S/4HANA functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-13 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA configuration and implementation.
- Robust understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming and SAP Fiori development is a plus.
- Experience with data migration and system upgrades in SAP S/4HANA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
