About the Role

We're looking for high-energy, figure-it-out Implementation Consultants to lead the implementation and configuration of RippleHire for enterprise customers. You'll be RippleHire's main face to the customer throughout the implementation, following our methodology to deliver projects on time, on budget and with high customer satisfaction. You'll also support delivery on existing customer projects.

What You'll Do

- Run discovery workshops to understand the customer's current talent acquisition process and future needs
- Build and manage the project plan with the customer's internal project manager
- Lead design workshops and solution walkthroughs based on discovery
- Join weekly customer project meetings and track action items
- Advise customers on recruitment process best practices
- Configure the application to meet customer needs and maintain the configuration tracker
- Document enhancement requests and challenges, and work with Product to deliver timely updates
- Bring in additional consultants and technical resources when needed
- Deliver train-the-trainer, admin and reporting training




- Spot risks early and manage escalations with customer stakeholders and the Customer Success Manager
- Document business needs, configured processes and open items, and hand over to Customer Success
- Keep all key stakeholders updated throughout the implementation
- Build deep knowledge of RippleHire's product configuration options

What We're Looking For

- At least one end-to-end implementation of a recruiting ATS or recruitment solution as an Implementation Manager, Consultant or Technical CSM
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, its processes and common challenges
- Experience implementing ATS or employee referral software such as Taleo, Kenexa, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar
- Experience with software integrations for HR departments
- Experience managing QA for software implementations
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including handling difficult conversations
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel as needed
- A self-starter who learns new technology quickly
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field

Positive to Have

- Experience with AI-driven tools and automation
- Using metrics and trend analysis to influence product decisions
