Job Profile of Production Manager

1. 85% line balancing ratio with OEE improvement & Productivity/person in SKD, Finishing & Rim Assembly.

2. Technology Upgradation in SKD line to improve productivity & Quality through Industrial Engineering.

3. To reduce change over time with SMED concept.

4. 100% adherence of production plan as per target dates.

5. Zero failure in PDI, PLC.

6. Reduction in SKD Line rework on monthly target basis.

7. Adherence on 5S & Kaizen implementation at the shop floor (related under area of control).

8. To achieve Zero external customer complaint.

9. Upgradation of skills of all team members through education & coaching.

10. Bench marking & monitoring of Department. cost on daily basis.

11. Ensure zero accident on the shop floor & analyses & Control near miss to adherence of ISO & SEDEX system.

12. Reduction in inventory Spares & Left Out Bikes.

13. Production Engineers will report to you and you will manage them through your leadership, Creativity, Visionary, Analytical, Problem solving, Decision making, Soft & Hard skills.

Salary up to 1 lakh per month location at Ludhiana
