Job Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lectures in Physics and Mathematics for higher secondary (Class 11‑12) students.
- Design and update curriculum-aligned lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions, demonstrations, and experiments, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, mid‑terms, and final examinations, providing timely feedback.
- Mentor and guide students for competitive exams (e.g., JEE, NEET) and university entrance tests.
- Participate in departmental meetings, faculty development programs, and school events.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary projects and promote a STEM learning workplace.

Essential Qualifications





- Master’s degree or higher in Physics and/or Mathematics from a recognized university.
- Qualified Teacher Training Certificate (B.Ed., D.El.Ed., or equivalent) is preferred.
- Clear GATE (Physics/Mathematics) or NET qualification is a plus.
- Excellent command of English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students.

Desired Experience

- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level or higher.
- Proven track record of student success in board examinations and competitive entrance tests.
- Experience conducting laboratory sessions and managing practical equipment.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools, e‑learning platforms, and virtual classroom management.
