Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* Creating manual test cases for the embedded product including UI and complex workflows
* Develop and automate tests for software validation of embedded application
* Detect bug issues, defect management
* Learn and improve product specific automation tool
* Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures
* Ensuring all tests and procedures meet company and industry standards
* Test and prove that the software meets requirements
* Prove for scalability and performance of a software
* Ensuring the quality of the system as a whole
* Collaborate and work with system test team and development team
* Maintain automation suite and Continuous Integration/Deployment systems
What You Need to Succeed
* Master's/Bachelor's degree in electronics/software engineering/computer science or equivalent
* 10 to 13 years of experience in software testing
* Testing experience of embedded applications or product interfacing with hardware is must
* Deep understanding of QA,
and methods of testing
* Atleast 2 years of experience of working in an agile, fast-paced environment and guiding junior engineers
* Excellent knowledge in testing skills (design test plan and test strategy, writing test cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs)
* Good to have scripting experience - Python and XML
* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
* Team player
* Valuable time-management and communication skills
