As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited in the BFSI sector. Your primary role is to establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and qualified attitude.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our company's offerings.
• Build and maintain a database of customer interactions and feedback.

• Provide regular updates and reports on customer interactions and trends.

Qualifications
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Basic knowledge of BFSI products and services is preferred.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
