Take on a senior, high-impact role at the intersection of revenue accounting, financial operations, and process optimization. You will oversee the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, reliable financial reporting, and compliance with ASC 606 standards. Working across SaaS, hardware, and services revenue streams, you will manage complex contracts, lead month-end and quarter-end closing activities, and strengthen financial controls. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Operations, and FP&A; to resolve challenges, improve forecasting, and streamline workflows. With a strong focus on automation, audit readiness, and operational excellence, you will help build scalable processes that support business growth. Accountabilities:

• Lead the review and analysis of complex sales contracts, purchase orders, and multi-element arrangements to ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606.

• Manage revenue arrangements in NetSuite, including configuring and validating contract start and end dates, revenue schedules, billing information, and subsidiary ledger entries.

• Own end-to-end monthly and quarterly revenue close activities, including preparing journal entries, managing revenue deferrals and accruals, performing reconciliations, and analyzing variances.

• Oversee project-based revenue tracking and milestone-based recognition, ensuring deliverables are accurately recorded, completed on time, and supported by appropriate documentation.
