We are looking for an experienced Senior Windows & VMware Infrastructure Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimise enterprise IT infrastructure across Windows Server environments and VMware virtualisation platforms. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on expertise in Windows administration, Active Directory, VMware vSphere, ESXi, PowerShell scripting, server upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
This role requires a proactive infrastructure professional who can ensure system availability, security, performance, and reliability while supporting day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure system availability, performance, and security.
• Manage Windows Active Directory, including user and group administration, authentication, access permissions, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Install, configure,



monitor, and maintain VMware vSphere and ESXi environments.
• Manage virtual machines, resource allocation, virtual infrastructure health, and capacity utilisation.
• Develop and maintain Windows PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Plan and execute Windows Server upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure modernisation activities.
• Manage server patching, security updates, software updates, and maintenance schedules.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and virtualisation-related incidents.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Support infrastructure backup, recovery, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities as required.
