Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer – Premium Engineer III with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly SAP Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE), Materials Management (MM), and commodity procurement pricing processes.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, testing, and maintaining SAP solutions to support complex commodity purchasing and pricing requirements.
The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, procurement teams, ABAP developers, and integration teams to deliver scalable, effective, and business-aligned SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and use cases, and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Design,
develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and SAP solutions in accordance with business requirements.
• Assess application requirements and determine appropriate technical solutions, integration approaches, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, solution architects, developers, and business users.
• Configure and maintain SAP Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE) formulas, terms, rules, and pricing procedures for commodity procurement.
• Configure Derivative Contract Specifications (DCS), Market Identifier Codes (MIC), and quotation names to support commodity price evaluation.
• Configure and manage market data feeds and exchange rate integrations to automate commodity market price quotation uploads.
• Configure SAP MM pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, and pricing schemas, ensuring integration with CPE.
