Role Overview
We are seeking a technically robust and execution-oriented Technical Product Manager to help advance the Windchill+ SaaS platform. The role partners closely with Product Management, Platform R&D;, Quality Assurance, Cloud Engineering, and service operations teams to translate platform requirements into well-defined, executable development backlogs.
The immediate focus is platform release execution performed directly with R&D; teams. This includes release readiness, technical improvements,
security and compliance changes, infrastructure evolution, validation, retrofitting, and other work required to advance and maintain the platform. The TPM will operate under the mentorship of the lead Windchill+ Platform TPM while progressively assuming ownership of recurring backlog, dependency, and release-management responsibilities.
Over time, the role will expand into broader service-level improvements. The TPM will help define how platform capabilities affect the Windchill+ service experience and will apply Design for Operations thinking earlier in the development lifecycle. Design for Operations is an evolving practice within the organization, and this role will help establish practical ways to incorporate operational requirements, installed-base impacts, customer enablement, and service readiness into backlog definition.
