Job Description
Location : Chennai, India

Reports to: Program Manager

Preferred degree: BE/Btech only(Electronis, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Mechatronics, telecommunication)

The EDGE program's Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program (LDP) track accelerates the professional growth of future people leaders.



You will have the chance to gain cross-functional experiences to enhance your professional growth while learning about the core of our Integrated Supply Chain organization through four different six-month rotations and one year-long capstone rotation.

You will report to the Early Career Program Manager and work onsite in Chennai, India. This program has a January 2027 start date. Due to the nature of manufacturing work, you will work in-person; fully work from home is not available.

Upon graduation, the associate is promoted into a longer-term role that matches the associate's professional interests. Successful associates will graduate into an individual contributor, technically focused, or supervisor role depending on their performance throughout the program.
